Karmaniket is an independent professional operating under the brand Karmaniket / AV Mades, offering services including but not limited to: freelance data analytics & engineering, AI & ML software development, SaaS product building, creative & VFX production, hardware-software project consultation, partnership facilitation, and content collaboration. The Site is the primary point of contact for prospective clients, investors, collaborators, and supporters worldwide.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through the Site.

3. How We Collect It

Form submissions are transmitted via a secure Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Karmaniket. No data is stored on the Site's own servers.

We also use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no fingerprinting) to understand aggregate page traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected by this analytics layer.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry, collaboration request, or support message.

• Trusted collaborators or contractors, only when directly necessary to fulfil a service you have requested and under equivalent confidentiality obligations.

8. International Transfers

Data submitted through the Site may be processed in countries outside your own, including India and the United States (Google, Vercel infrastructure). By using the Site, you consent to such transfers. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
